East Timor

East Timor fell into a civil war, and the government requested the foreign armed forces for help. Though they drove the Indonesian armed forces out of the country by support of the global community several years ago, they called in the foreign armed forces themselves. This is shameful rather than ironical.

If the government can't suppress a revolt of soldiers, the government should hand over the administrative power or should receive their demand. The government which cannot maintain the public peace without help of the foreign armed forces is not called the government.

The foreign countries should leave him unattended without intervening. The East Timor government cannot become independent as far as the foreign armed forces participate.
