A prepaid book card

This is a prepaid book card of 1000 yen which I exchanged for the service points of the labor credit association. Soon after I obtained this one, I bought a German reference book.
It hasn't been at my hand any longer though it was the card which had a beautiful picture. Because a checker asked to me "May I dispose of it?" and I answered carelessly "yes". It is the great regret of my life.
