An airtight building

This is a common apartment　building, but it is the building where seems to be easy to be filled with heat in summer.
It is wisdom that do not buy the top floor of an apartment, because it becomes hot, but, in such a building, the lower floors will be also hot. If it had many windows, it would be well ventilated.
I think Japanese architect is either a fraud or a worthless fellow.
