A premium of Pepsi-Cola

At first, I supposed that small object is a mere ornament. But, to my surprise, that is a ball-point pen !
But, I already have a lot of the ball-point pen. There is no opportunity which uses the pen of such a strange shape.
This kind of premium is the rubbish for the person other than the collector.
