A simulation

Wen I observe the North Korean diplomatic attitude retroactively to the past, I can not find an example which yielded to foreign pressure. They choose to break off diplomatic relations than yielding to pressure. They negotiate only on equal relations, but they do not accept the one-sided demand by foreign country.

I will try to simulate it.

I think that U.S.A. waits for North Korea to collapse. U.S.A. expects a form that south Korea rules the Korean Peninsura whole area by North Korean collapse. It means that the U.S. base spreads out to the northern part of the peninsula, but China and Russia will not welcome it. The two countries have need to continue North Korea to prevent American power expansion. Because North Korea does not collapse as far as support of two countries continues, U.S.A. must continue antagonism against North Korea eternally. Because North Korea promotes nuclear strategy as far as hostility against U.S.A. continues, a risk of U.S.A. gradually increases.

The hostility policy that U.S.A. takes now cannot expect an effect. U.S.A. had better drop quickly from a position of enemy of North Korea. Even if U.S.A. accepts all the North Korean demands, the loss of U.S.A. is slight.

If the country which is not an enemy holds a lot of nuclear weapons, it is not a menace.
